Refund Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
At All-Around Assist & Care, your time and my time are both valued. The following policy helps ensure reliable scheduling and fair service for all clients.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% service fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
RESCHEDULING
Clients may reschedule their appointment once at no charge when proper notice is given.
Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee.
NO-SHOWS / NO ACCESS
If the service provider arrives and is unable to access the property, or the client is not present as agreed, the full service fee will apply.
PREPAID SERVICES
Payments are required prior to the time of service. With proper notice, prepaid services may be transferred to a new appointment time.
Payments are not refundable for missed appointments or late cancellations.
REFUNDS
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If there is a concern with the quality of service, please contact All-Around Assist & Care within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to return and address the concern when appropriate.
WEATHER & EMERGENCIES
In the event of severe weather or emergency situations, services may be rescheduled without penalty.
Each situation will be handled with reasonable flexibility and communication.
AGREEMENT
By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
