Terms & Conditions - the basics

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the services and expectations between All-Around Assist & Care and the client.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Services may include home cleaning, business cleaning, pet sitting, farm/livestock care, home monitoring, post-job cleanup, errands, and companionship visits.

SCOPE OF WORK
Services will be performed as discussed during booking or consultation. Any changes in scope may result in pricing adjustments, which will be communicated prior to service.

SCHEDULING
Services are scheduled based on availability. Recurring services will be scheduled in advance.

​

PAYMENT
Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include Venmo, cash, or check (must clear prior to service).

​

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide safe access, disclose hazards, and communicate special instructions.

​

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All-Around Assist & Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed issues.

​

AGREEMENT
By booking services, the client agrees to these terms.
